DATE FULLY FUNDED: 11/14/2014

TREATMENT: Medication for her pain and physical therapy.

OUTCOME: She took the medication. We confirmed a schedule for Ajeeraw's physical therapy. 

UPDATE, 12/14/2014: Ajeeraw has been enjoying her physical therapy. She said that it was very difficult the first two weeks, but that the last two weeks have been much smoother for her. She will continue the therapy. She has also been taking the pain mediation as prescribed. She says that this helps her. We will continue with the plan.
