TREATMENT: Dakshi received a general dental health checkup. He did not have cavities or any signs of incoming cavities. There was tartar over his front and bottom teeth. We cleaned the tarter. We gave him toothbrushes, floss, and a pamphlet teaching proper dental hygiene techniques.
