TREATMENT: Vaccinations for Hep B, DTaP, rotavirus, and polio. Diagnostic tests

OUTCOME: Fawiza's parents told us that her wrist pain started after she fell on grass, landing on her wrists. Our pediatrician believes she has a mild sprain. We immobilized her wrist in a splint and showed her parents how to do so. We also gave them children's tylenol. They have our contact information, should Fawiza's pain worsen or if they have any questions.
