DATE FULLY FUNDED: 9/10/2015

TREATMENT: Vaccinations for Hep B, DTaP, rotavirus, and polio. We gave Gita and her parents nutritional supplements. 

UPDATE, 9/29/2015: Gita's appetite has improved. Her parents tell us she is asking for more food, and they are happy to hear that. We will continue to provide her with nutritional supplements. We are planning to hold a cooking class in this slum, where we will provide health education. Gita's parents had this idea.
