TREATMENT: Teeth cleaning, tarter removal, and dental health education. Nutritional supplements and protein packs.

OUTCOME: We provided Jaikar with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss. We advised his parents that he brush his teeth twice a day. We also provided Jaikar with nutritional supplements and protein packs. We explained the instructions to his parents and provided them in writing. We will continue to monitor Jaiker's health and nutrition.
