TREATMENT: Asthma medication and bronchodilator 

OUTCOME: Jayesh's parents understood the instructions. They will contact us as needed, and we will follow up with Jayesh. We had him demonstrate to us how to use the inhaler, and he used it correctly. We answered his parents' questions regarding the medicine. We will provide all refills.
