TREATMENT: Nutritional supplements

UPDATE, 10/1/2015: Jay's parents tell us that he does not like the taste of the nutritional supplements. As a result, Jay has not been taking them and is continuing to not gain weight. We provided them with a different brand of nutritional supplements, hoping Jay will like this flavor. We also encouraged them to give the supplements with curry, as Jay loves curry and will be more likely to take the supplements. We will continue to monitor Jay as needed.
