TREATMENT: Nasal spray and tylenol. Lab tests

OUTCOME: We determined that the source of Krish's cold is viral and not bacterial. As a result, he does not need antibiotics. We explained to his parents that his body will heal on its own. We provided him with medication to diminish his symptoms. Krish's parents will follow up with us should his condition worsen.
