TREATMENT: X-ray and lab tests

OUTCOME: Mitali's workup revealed that she has a moderately severe form of arthritis. We prescribed her immunosuppressive medication. We provided written instructions regarding the medication. We informed Mitali to follow up with us in one week, so we can check in with her. We will continue to monitor Mitali's condition closely to make sure the medication does not have adverse side effects.
