DATE FULLY FUNDED: 5/8/2015

TREATMENT: Mohammed received a general dental health checkup. He had signs of several incoming cavities. He said he had nevert brushed his teeth before. We spoke with his family and informed them about his teeth and the importance of dental health. We showed them how to take care of Mohammed's teeth and gave them an education pamphlet. We provided them with dental health supplies for a year and encouraged them to contact us if they had any questions. We scheduled a 3 month follow up.S

UPDATE, 8/11/2015: Mohammed still has signs of incoming cavities; however, his dental hygiene has greatly improved. His gums are stronger. We spoke with his family and urged them to continue the dental health practices we showed them. We scheduled a 6 month follow up.
