DATE FULLY FUNDED: 5/8/2015

TREATMENT: Purva received a general dental health checkup. She had possible signs of an incoming cavity. We gave her a motorized toothbrush. We showed her and her parents proper brushing technique. We taught them the importance of flossing. We will follow up with Purva in 6 months. If the cavity does come in, we will schedule surgery for her.
