DATE FULLY FUNDED: 7/1/2016

TREATMENT: HepB, Rotavirus, DTaP, and Pneumococcal conjugate vaccinations were given. We also provided Ranbay with an afternoon snack.

OUTCOME: We explained to Ranbay's parents the effects of the vaccinations, as well as possible side effects such as swelling or joint pain. We provided our physicians' contact information should they have any concerns.
