DATE FULLY FUNDED: 5/8/2015

TREATMENT: Udeep received a general dental health checkup. He had an exceptionally large amount of tartar around his teeth. We cleaned the tarter around his bottom teeth. We scheduled an appointment in one week to clean his upper teeth.

UPDATE, 5/15/2015: We cleaned his upper teeth. We gave him two toothbrushes, floss, and showed him and his family how to properly brush their teeth.
